SOLYMEPE takes the protection of your data seriously. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form:

• your company and contact name;
• your email address and, if you wish, your telephone number;
• the service required, the site location and a description of your requirement.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. No profiling is carried out.

Why

This information is used solely to handle your request and reply to you. The legal basis is your own voluntary approach, with a view to entering into or performing a contract.

How long

Requests are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Data linked to a commercial relationship follows statutory accounting retention periods.

Who has access

Only SOLYMEPE staff handling your request. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Two technical providers are necessarily involved: our hosting provider, which stores the website, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., which hosts our business email within the European Union.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions. Requests are routed to a business mailbox with restricted access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@solymepe.com or to the postal address above. We reply within one month.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — or cnil.fr.

Live chat

If you use the chat bubble on the site, messages pass through our live-chat provider and are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
